Having an estate plan in place is vital and goes far beyond the traditional last will and testament. You need to have in place critical documents such as an advanced health care directive, if you are a parent or caretaker, you also need guardianship outlined in the event you are unable to do so. It isn’t the most pleasant task, but it is paramount as far as protecting yourself, your loved ones, and all you have worked so hard on to achieve. Let’s get a plan in place together.
