Brio’s Claire Baggao is taking the lead this time and has selected Think Again: The Power of Knowing What You Don’t Know by Adam Grant. Grant is a psychologist who not only believes that an open, curious mind is crucial to success, but also that it is skill that can be learned and strengthened with practice. His book provides practical, actionable steps for doing just that in your business and personal life.

Claire describes Think Again as “yoga for the brain.” She thinks Grant’s book is a timely read because “resilience is in these days. In a world of 17,001 different versions of the same “truth,” we owe it to ourselves to continually challenge assumptions to embrace new ideas and perspectives.”

If Think Again just made it to your must-read list, you can reply to this missive and we’ll send you a copy of the book. Then the Club will meet on Tuesday, December 7 at 5:30 p.m. PST with Claire leading our discussion. Once again, this will be a virtual get-together to keep everyone safe.

We look forward to opening our minds together with this upcoming book club selection. Yoga pants are optional when reading it, of course.
