About the Job
Brio Financial Group
Want to work in a fun and friendly office with a supportive, collaborative team? Are you someone who always puts clients’ interests first, believes in fiduciary standards, has a hunger to learn, contributes and drives results, and has a fun, competitive spirit? Then you might be the perfect complement to our already amazing team of five financial planners, three associate financial advisors, and four staff members!
We have an aggressive growth plan for our pure RIA firm and are looking to build out our team with talent from the financial services industry. While a commitment to our clients’ best interest is first and foremost, we are also deeply committed to our team. At Brio, culture matters. Education and internal learning form the cornerstone for what makes us great. At the same time, our fun-spirited team approach creates an amazing office for both clients and team members.
Brio doesn't view financial planning as a one-time event, but rather a collaboration that takes place over a number of years, even decades, and is centered on unique ideas for each client’s personal and financial future. Our goal is to be both innovative and ethical in helping turn our clients’ dreams into a financial reality. People who place their trust in us can rely on our skills and confident guidance, as well as objective advice from their advisor who can help them make sense of today's complex financial options.
We are currently looking for financial planners with their own clients to join our firm and be part of Brio’s explosive growth. The degree of experience and current practice size will determine the level at which you would be joining. We have openings for advisors with small practices to transition or purchase, as well as for a large practice to merge.
