Victor Aguila Client Operations Specialist
Growing up in the Bay Area, money was something I learned to think about pretty early. I remember being a kid and deliberately ordering the least expensive thing on the menu because I didn't want to make things harder on my parents. That experience stuck with me, and it's a big part of why I appreciate the little things today and believe that small, thoughtful financial decisions can make a big difference over time.
It's also part of what drew me to finance. I love the idea of making money work for you rather than spending your life working for money. And while my role at Brio is largely behind the scenes, I know how much those little details matter.
As a Client Operations Specialist, I help keep things running smoothly, from account maintenance and paperwork to answering questions and making sure requests are handled accurately and efficiently. My background spans financial services, operations, and customer service, and I've learned that being dependable, paying attention to the details, and genuinely caring about people can go a long way.
One of my favorite things about this industry is that there's always something new to learn. I'm naturally curious, pretty driven, and not afraid to ask questions. I like knowing that the work I do helps take something off a client's plate so they can spend less time worrying about the details and more time enjoying the things that matter to them.

LIFE PASSIONS
Outside of work, I love spending time with friends, family, and my dog, Kota. I'm into photography, cars, soccer, hiking, and video games, and I'm always up for a good concert or music festival. My ideal weekend has a little bit of everything: a slow morning, some time with friends over a good meal, and a movie or video games to wind things down.
Fun fact: A few friends and I are learning how to DJ. We've spent plenty of time enjoying music festivals from the audience, so we figured it might be fun to see what happens on the other side of the turntables.
